Groupon is cool, I bought a massage deal and the place was doing renovations and so never answered their phone, and also blocked out all of my available times to come ... they were trying to push me past the expiration date so I would only get the "paid amount" and would have to make up the difference and pay them more...

Groupon refunded my money. :) Thanks Groupon!

As someone who has no health insurance, Groupon has saved my ass so many times. From dental work to acupuncture, I haven't had a problem I can't fix for a very reasonable price. Would recommend this website to anyone!

When you're barely able to rub two nickels together, Groupon saves the day. From gifts for friends, to getting a hair cut, to getting a dental exam for us shmucks who don't have dental...this site can save your butt!

Downside: I have found that sometimes my services aren't as great as if I am a full paying customer. That's not Groupon's fault, but poor practice on the business' end. So just be aware that sometimes you do get what you pay for :-/

I've been using groupon pretty much since it was established. I use it mostly to try out new restaurants as they always have great deals. Just make sure to read the fine print in the offers and you will be fine.

Does anyone remember Groupon's snarky Cat on a Cloud? I miss Cloud Cat. I want Cloud Cat back. -1 star (S/S)

"Is it user friendly"? Are you kidding me Mr. Webdesigner? Are you trying to be funny? It sucks me in and I get to dance through the wildflowers of daydreams and feel good things! Of course it's user friendly! There are massages and clean teeth and yoga and vacations galore. Could it be better? No. Efficiency you ask? Listen I don't have to haggle for these prices! YESITSEFFICIENT! hashtag duh

And it looks good. (5 Stars)

Functionality? [insert the "are you stupid" look} Yeeeeeaaaaaaah. (5 Stars)

As a user, Groupon is a great deal! As a business owner, I think it needs to be considered a marketing expense. The discounts that the businesses offer in order to get their foot in the door can be very costly!

Shame on me for buying a group on and then never using it. Anyone else in the same boat?

Ticketvibe is dishonest in their advertising for events, they will rip you off. Their site is also not very good, it's cluttered and difficult to navigate at times.

A pretty busy homepage with a lot of content on it but with nicely designed top navigation. The footer is similarly well-designed and leads the user to not be overwhelmed despite the great amount of content present on the site.

I would consider reducing the amount of options on the...

A very minimal landing page which looks a little too simple to inspire confidence and trust in the user.

The top links when they do work, remove the header links and do not allow the user to navigate back to the home page without refreshing. The About, Press, and Privacy links all...

Generally, a good looking site but is a little overwhelming with the sheer amount of content on it.

The landing image itself with its great number of content is a little overwhelming to the eye and this experience only increases as one scrolls down further down the page.
