Kairos Counseling

Medical , Emotional

Brittany Bridges provides therapeutic support and intervention for a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. She believes that every client is different, each presenting with a unique set of issues and challenges impacting their ability to function normally.

Brittany's therapist approach is very supportive in nature; if needed, she will assist clients in determining goals for therapy. However, her primary objective in counseling is to partner with her clients and empower them to find and create solutions that will help them achieve their goals outside of therapy.

Her experience includes counseling in both Inpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment settings for alcohol and substance abuse as well as Inpatient Psychiatric and Partial Hospitalization Programs. Brittany is accustomed to working in close collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care doctors and family members in an effort to provide excellent patient care.

Her therapist office in Plano sees patients from all over the DFW area including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Dallas.
