Walk to the ocean from this beautiful new vacation rental that is conveniently located just 15 miles north of Hilo. This 610 sq.ft., first floor rental stay has ample room for two persons, with a queen-sized bed, flat screen television in each room with DVD and CD players and in-room Wi-FI with 5 bars. Additionally, ceiling fans in each room, extra sofa sleeper in living room, full-sized refrigerator and kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cooking burners, all cooking and eating utensils and dishes, starting supply of all paper goods , soaps, shampoo, coffee, tea and many other amenities. You'll have your own washer and dryer with starter supply of detergent. This private unit has it's own covered parking area.

Hakalau is one of the most beautiful locations on the Big Island of Hawaii. A historically rich location reminiscent of the the old sugar plantation days. Come see and walk to the Hakalau Plantation Co. mill ruins close by. The Hamakua Coast offers miles upon miles of gorgeous coastline, with an abundance of waterfalls and jungle flora.

Come visit Akaka Falls or Umauma Falls just a mile or two away, or go visit the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden on your way to Hilo.There are several Zip Lines close by, Segway, 4wd ATV and Horse back riding rentals in the area as well.
