A force for good in the world, and an incredibly compelling one.
A wide range of people are invited to discuss their creative ideas on technology, entertainment and design.

TED has two types of conferences for which video talks end up online:
1) Standard TED events whose speakers are officially vetted
2) TEDx events that are independent and not micromanaged by TED

The first category have a very high "hit" rate with regards to quality and influence. However, the second category's quality is highly dependent on the independent organizer.

This release of control means that there is a HUGE amount of content, and many of the TEDx talks are excellent. But it also means that there is some very poor quality content as well.

Jamie Jeffers combines his strong voice, good production values, thorough research, narrative style, and clear expertise in this podcast.

We are always told what the sources are, and how reliable these sources are.

The best audience for this podcast would be people who have at least the barest familiarity with the major figures in early British history. If you are coming in as a COMPLETELY blank slate, the foreign sounding names can blend together, making it difficult to comprehend

For fans of "Magic: the Gathering" trading card game, the website is a fantastic resource with every card and many articles over a broad range of topics. A fan can find something for them, no matter what kind of player they are.

That said, there are two major issues with the user experience:

1) Things are hard to find. It looks great, but doing a google search is often the best way to navigate the site

2) the community response options are broken. There is no place to respond and discuss article content. Each card has a webpage with space for comments, but it is no longer possible to sign in, rate cards, leave comments or rate comments.

History of Rome, beyond being of fantastic quality and enjoyment, also has had a powerful effect on the world of podcasting. I listen to many, and a large number of creators credit Mike Duncan for inspiring them to venture into the field.

It is not hard to see why.

He adds personality, wit, and understanding to a fantastically deep subject.

If you only look up one history podcast, it should be this one.

A lot of work for a website that is getting everyday more entertaining and cute as the title says. "Narak" in Thai in fact means "lovely" and if you are looking for the cutest side of Thailand a little visit to the "society" area of this website would take you to the discovery of Thai celebrities biographies or the "Narak next door" profiles.
Notable the section "travel" as well, with a collection of pictures a bit special.
The website includes a free directory and offers free advertising and guest blogging.

I have been personally working with this ad network for some time, unfortunately I couldn't find convenience in their ads because related overall to online games while my website is all about fashion/beauty/society.
I say unfortunately because the website is really well built, very functional, with a fine aesthetics and their codes implementation are newbie proof (very much so).
The only time I had to contact my personal acct manager his answer was quick, kind and prompt .... really a nice network, I would suggest it to anyone who has a website related to online games.

I listen to a number of historical podcasts, but Dan Carlin has firmly established himself as the king and point of reference for other podcasters. Common Sense is amazing, Hardcore History is even better. I have a bachelors degree in history and I concede that this podcast, with a proper personal framework and understanding, can provide more than half the classes I took. His charisma, enthusiasm, and commitment is almost unparalleled, he has become somewhat of a rare hero of mine, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'm a cord cutter and love hulu. They do a great job of providing up to date programming for most shows and the service is quite reliable. Their original programming isn't quite as good as their competitors, but pretty darn close. My main gripes are, 1) No CBS of CW shows, so I have to use differ...

So, there isn't much to be said other than subscribing to Netflix is almost a necessity if you enjoy television. Their original programming is amazing and they have a great backlog of older television shows and some movies. The only thing I am disappointed about is that their movie selection is s...

I have been a GQ magazine reader for years and their website has just as high quality as the print publication. Now, specifically, they are doing a great job covering the 2017 political climate in a fair and unbiased way.

Good follow up to the History of Rome. Clear Narrative, I like that he generally sticks to mid-length episodes, but alters the length when needed.
